Students can be dropped off as early as 6:45 am and picked up by 5:30 pm each school day. Parents must sign the child into before care and sign them out of after care. Non-parents should be prepared to show ID upon signing a child out.

The after care program is a directed, organized program as opposed to all free play time. In addition to daily quiet time for homework and/or reading, the program will also include a rotating variety of outside play time (weather permitting), craft activities, games, movies, etc. Students are encouraged to bring a snack to enjoy during after care. Snacks will no longer be provided by the after care supervisor.

The daily agenda includes signing in, snacks, outdoor or free play until 4:15, and indoor homework or quiet time until 5:30.

You must register your child in the Before and After Care Program ahead of time if you plan to use it on a regular basis, occasionally, or in case of emergency. Please read the information sheet and complete the registration form and return to the school office. For safety reasons, students who do not have a form on file will not be allowed to attend before or after care. 

If there is an emergency situation where a parent may be detained at dismissal, please notify the office and we will send your child to after care. At registration we ask for an estimate of the number of days that you will typically utilize the program on a weekly basis. However, daily attendance records are kept, and you will only be charged for the days your child(ren) actually attend.

The enrollment fee for before and after care is $25 for one child or $35 per family.

Children picked up after 4:30 pm will be charged for a second hour. There is a $1.00 per minute late charge for children picked up after 5:30 pm.

Payment is due within two weeks of an invoice. A $25.00 late fee is assessed for late payments.
